Resort and ticket requests: Primary room reservations and the ticket order for the optional Grand Ol’ Opry ($39.00 plus any handling charges) will be placed on May 21, 2008. Second ticket order, if needed, will be placed later. Motel accommodations or two bedroom condominiums, if available, will be made available at cost. There is no guarantee Opry tickets and accommodation requests will be available after May 21st.
Remaining Cost: This is a cost-sharing event. The number of reservations will be used to plan for passenger van(s) needed for transportation. Meals (two on Thursday, three on Friday, and three on Saturday) plus tickets to some of the sites, snacks, and souvenirs will be “on your own” as we go. We will equally divide the van expense and the fuel. Shared expense for the van(s) and fuel should be around $50-$60 per person, depending on the number going. Van and fuel expense will be payable on the last day of the tour.
